From today the prices of tobacco, gutka, pan masala and cigarettes will increase the most. Because the government has implemented 40 percent GST on tobacco products from today. Due to which the price of tobacco products will increase by 15 to 40 percent. At the same time, GST on beedis has been reduced.

The monetary policy meeting of the Reserve Bank of India is going to be held from 4th to 6th February this month. In such a situation, it is expected that interest rates may be reduced by 0.25 percent. If this is done then middle class people will get a lot of relief and loans will become cheaper.

Oil companies have reduced the prices of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF), due to which the costs of airlines will reduce. Passengers can get this benefit, which means tickets are expected to be cheaper.

Relief for Fastag users
There is relief news for Fastag users. Now there will be no need for KYV (Know Your Vehicle) process while issuing Fastag for a new vehicle. Because NHAI has announced this closure. Vehicles which already have Fastag will also not require routine KYV verification. Only those vehicles will be verified for which complaint is received.
