Mumbai Metro: On Saturday, a part of the under-construction metro rail pillar suddenly collapsed in Mumbai’s Mulund, in which 4 people were injured and 1 died. An auto rickshaw and a car also got hit by the pillar. Both are badly damaged. This accident happened on LBS Road, Mumbai. According to the information, this incident happened around 12.20 pm. Where the accident happened near Johnson & Johnson Company on LBS Road. However, as soon as the information was received, people from many departments including the fire brigade team, local police, metro authority employees and a team of doctors reached the spot. Relief and rescue operations started immediately. It is fortunate that there was no major casualty in this accident. Currently, there is information of 1 death and minor injuries to 3-4 people.

Stampede broke out as soon as the pillar fell

People present on the spot told that as soon as a part of the pillar fell down. There was a stampede, people were seen running here and there. 3-4 people have also been injured in this, who have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. Two vehicles were also hit, which were badly damaged. A video has also surfaced from the spot after the incident.
