Today, on Thursday, February 5, 2026, she has challenged the Bihar Chief Minister Women Employment Scheme in the Supreme Court. Jansuraj’s petition is to be heard tomorrow on Friday. Actually, assembly elections were held in Bihar in November 2025. All the parties entered the election field with full strength, in which NDA won unilaterally. All other parties had to face a crushing defeat. In this assembly election, Prashant Kishor’s party Jansuraj had also fielded its candidates. Jansuraj had fielded his candidate in the election field for the first time. But the account was not opened. Whereas during the elections, Prashant Kishore was claiming more than 150 seats.

10 thousand rupees deposited in the accounts of 25-35 lakh women

Jansuraj has approached the Supreme Court regarding the public welfare schemes of Bihar. He says that two months before the elections, the present government transferred Rs 10,000 to the accounts of about 25-35 lakh women of Bihar, which is illegal. An appeal has been made to the court that a time limit should be set for the ruling parties, so that the elections cannot be influenced by giving free schemes. Jansuraj Party has filed a petition under Article 32. He has declared the money deposited by the government in women’s accounts just before the elections as illegal and a violation of the Constitution.

Demand raised for re-election

Jansuraj has requested the court to direct the Election Commission to take action under Article 324 and Section 123 of the Representation of the People Act. This is a violation of Articles 14, 21, 112, 202 and 324 of the Constitution.
Along with this, it was alleged that appointing 1.8 lakh women beneficiaries of self-help group JEEVIKA at polling booths in both the phases of elections is also illegal. Jansuraj also demanded that re-elections be held in Bihar.
