Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha has once again raised an issue related to the common man. He raised the issue related to mobile phone consumers in Rajya Sabha today on Wednesday. The MP said that stopping the incoming service due to end of prepaid recharge is completely wrong. This is the arbitrariness of the telecom companies. He enumerated the problems caused by this and asked to stop it. Know what demands Raghav Chadha made? While talking to the media, AAP MP Raghav Chadha said, “Today in the House, I raised the issue of consumers using their phones after getting prepaid recharge. When the validity of recharge ends, it is understandable to stop the outgoing calls, but it is not right to stop the incoming calls along with it. This is the arbitrariness of the telecom companies, which should be stopped. I demanded that the incoming calls should continue for at least 1 year, so that the common man of the country can enjoy the rights of the people.” Don’t surrender to communication.
Recharge should be for 30 or 31 days, not 28 days.
The MP said that at present the recharge system of telecom companies is like a hidden robbery with the common people. Telecom companies provide recharge for 28 days instead of 30 days. Due to which users have to recharge 13 times instead of 12 in a year. He said that if the plans of telecom companies are really monthly, then they should keep the validity at 30 or 31 days, not 28 days. Due to this one has to do extra recharge for a month.
What are the disadvantages?
Raghav Chadha said that due to lack of recharge, companies stop incoming calls. Due to which a big problem arises before the people. People whose SIM is not recharged. Such people face problems in work related to banking, OTP, government services and other works. He said that nowadays mobile has become not a fashion but a necessity. Therefore, the government should pay attention to this suggestion.
