RailOne App: Often you must have seen that passengers have to face many difficulties while getting tickets at the railway station. There are also problems with long lines, overcrowding and change. Indian Railways has launched RailOne app to free the passengers from these problems. Unreserved tickets can be booked with the help of this app. Along with this, passengers are also going to get attractive discounts.
3 percent discount on fare from January 14
On booking unreserved tickets through Rail One app, you will get a direct discount of three percent on the fare. This system will be implemented from 14th January i.e. Makar Sankranti. This facility is being implemented under a pilot project in Kota division of West Central Railway Division. This will remain in force for the next 6 months i.e. till 14th July 2026.
Objective to promote digital payment
At present, 3 percent bonus cashback is available on booking tickets through Rail One app, but the condition for this is that the payment should be made through R-Wallet. Under the new system, now passengers will be given a direct discount of three percent on booking tickets through any digital platform. This will promote digital payments and make the ticket booking process easier.

RailOne App is the super app of Indian Railways.
