Kashmir.There was an encounter between security forces and terrorists in Chatru area of Kishtwar in Jammu and Kashmir since morning. Officials have confirmed the killing of 2 terrorists. The security forces blasted the hideout where the terrorists were hiding. The encounter is still going on.
Officials said that information was received about 2 to 3 terrorists of Pakistan’s terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed hiding here. After this the search operation was conducted. Then the terrorists opened fire. Earlier on February 4 also, security forces had killed a Jaish terrorist in Chatru. At the same time, in Udhampur district also, two Jaish terrorists hiding in a cave were killed in a grenade blast.
