Tarn Taran. On Monday, a student entered the classroom at the Law College in Tarn Taran, Punjab and shot and killed a student. After this the student committed suicide by shooting himself there. This incident spread sensation in the entire area. The deceased student is Sandeep Kaur (20), a first year student of Law College. The accused student is Princeraj Singh of Tarn Taran, he also studied with the student. Police have sealed the law college and are investigating the reasons behind the murder.
The mother of the deceased girl alleged that she was told by the college that a small fight took place and her daughter got hurt. When she reached college, she saw that her daughter was lying dead. According to the police, the reason behind the incident has not been revealed yet. Initially this incident is being linked to one-sided love. Police suspect that the youth had proposed to the student on February 8 during Valentine’s week but the student refused. After this the angry student has taken this terrible step.
Let us tell you that CCTV footage of the college classroom related to the murder has surfaced. This footage is from around 9 in the morning. Classes had not started at that time. All the students were roaming around in the class. Then the accused student Princeraj entered the classroom. Student Sandeep Kaur was sitting on the bench with her friend in the class room. The accused argued with him for some time. After this, he pointed the pistol and shot the student near her head. The student fell down as soon as the bullet hit her. Seeing this, her friend standing with her was stunned. Before she could lean towards Sandeep Kaur, Princeraj again loaded the pistol and shot her in the head. After this, the student tried to wake up Sandeep Kaur, but due to being shot from point blank range, her brain burst and she died on the spot. Seeing this she ran outside and went to inform the college management. Then other students also came there. After which the police was immediately informed.
The girl’s mother Harjinder Kaur told that daughter Sandeep had got ready and left the house in the morning. He had no quarrel with anyone. Her teacher said that your daughter is badly hurt, come quickly. Harjinder told that when I came to college, I saw that my daughter had died. The girl’s body was completely soaked in blood. He has been shot in the head. We have come to know that it is a boy from Tarn Taran who has opened fire. The pistol was also found lying inside. The police did not even let us go near the dead body. The father of the deceased student has died. He has 6 sisters and one younger brother.
In this case, the police is investigating from where the accused youth brought the pistol. His father does not have a licensed pistol. If this does not happen, then this pistol may become illegal. This is also being investigated.
