
Jaipur. Light rain occurred at many places in Rajasthan including Jaipur on Wednesday morning. The period of rain and drizzle had started from the night itself. On the other hand, the weather took a turn in Delhi on Wednesday morning and dense clouds covered the sky. There were light drizzles of rain in many areas. Partial improvement in air quality was also seen due to changing weather and strong wind. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, it was generally cloudy throughout the day on Wednesday and there was a possibility of light rain. Wednesday’s minimum temperature is expected to be 11 degrees Celsius and maximum temperature will be 26 degrees Celsius.
According to the seven-day forecast, the minimum temperature on February 19 will be 12 and maximum 28 degrees Celsius and the weather is likely to be mainly clear. Even on 20th the temperature will be between 12 to 28 degrees. The minimum temperature on 21st is expected to be 13 and maximum is 28 degrees. On 22nd and 23rd, the temperature is expected to rise with a slight rise to maximum of 29 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature will be around 13 degrees, that is, after a slight decline on Wednesday, the temperature will continue to rise in the coming days.
According to the report, the air is still in poor category in many areas of Delhi. AQI was recorded at 255 in Alipore, 285 in Anand Vihar, 264 in Ashok Vihar. Aya Nagar had a moderate category with 179 and CRRI Mathura Road with 185. The AQI in Bawana was recorded in the very poor category at 307, while Chandni Chowk recorded 286 and DTU 249. Ghaziabad’s Indirapuram recorded AQI 296, Loni 352, Sanjay Nagar 203 and Vasundhara 268.
Whereas in Noida, 275 AQI was recorded in Sector-125, 220 in Sector-62, 205 in Sector-1 and 236 in Sector-116. Pollution levels have reduced to some extent due to strong winds and light rain, but the air still remains in the poor category in many areas. The Meteorological Department says that there will definitely be relief from today’s rain and wind, although fluctuations in pollution levels are possible with the increase in temperature in the next few days.
