New Delhi. Sameer Wankhede, who was the investigating officer of Aryan Khan drug case, got a shock from the Delhi High Court on Thursday. The court rejected Aryan Khan’s petition filed against his web series The Bads of Bollywood. The court said that it does not have the authority to hear this case. However, the court also made it clear that if Sameer Wankhede wishes, he can file the petition again in the appropriate court. While giving its verdict on the interim petition, the court considered two important questions. Sameer Wankhede had also sought compensation of Rs 2 crore in this case. He said that he wants to donate this amount for the treatment of cancer patients at Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital.
