New Delhi. Before Republic Day (January 26), security agencies have issued a high alert across the country. According to information received from intelligence agencies, there is a possibility of targeting many big cities including Delhi by Khalistani terrorist organizations and terrorist groups operating in Bangladesh.
Intelligence input states that some gangsters associated with Punjab are working at the behest of Khalistani and fundamentalist handlers sitting abroad. It is alleged that these handlers are taking the help of criminal networks to further their agenda and harm the internal security of the country.
Increasing contacts with terrorist networks
The warning issued by security agencies states that these gangsters are active in Haryana, Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Gradually, it has also come to light that their contacts with Khalistani terrorist elements have strengthened, about which the agencies are alert.
